It's been a month or so, but only now getting around to writing my review! First up, I should note I look at resumes all day for my job but it is never easy when it comes to writing your own. Somehow, you just can’t be objective, hence why I went to Resume to Interviews. Now, my experience wasn’t perfect. I won’t get into details, but pretty much all the issues I experienced were due to miscommunication or misunderstanding by either party. As soon as I raised my concerns, Resume to Interviews promptly addressed my issues and the situation was resolved. So while the experience wasn’t without its bumps, the way my concerns were addressed was fantastic. Apart from that, this is a stellar service. Resume to Interviews was meticulous in the details and brings your resume down to something that makes sense to any recruiter, looks professional and most importantly will remove any of the crap that so many people feel is necessary but when looked at from the other side, simply is a waste of space. I was fortunate to score a role prior to my resume being completed, so I have yet to test out this bad boy. I have no doubt it would be a success however (I would call me on the spot now) and my previous resume is forever gone the way of the dodo. For any potential customers, note this is definitely a team effort. Resume to Interviews does the bulk of the work, but it will only be a success if you put in the time to assist with revisions and provide enough detail for him to work with. I ordered my resume last week, rush service, and had a first draft back the next day. Just based on the first draft alone, I knew it was money well-spent. After years of having a crappy, run of the mill, cut & paste resume, Resume to Interviews took my 10+ years of work experience and turned it into something that actually made sense. It is a thing of beauty! When I received the final draft yesterday, I was so happy I almost cried. Yes, cried. I’m so excited to start sending it (and the cover letter I also ordered) out. So I had my resume reviewed and completed about three weeks ago, and was on the fence about it. There is no doubt it looked better than what I had, but ultimately was unsure if the changes really did warrant the price. At first when I started applying with the resume I wasn’t receiving any sort of call backs and started to feel it was a waste of money. But then all at once I started getting calls, granted they were only from temp agencies but before I wasn’t even getting that much. After I spoke with three different agencies they all said the same thing, “We notice you have an updated resume, and we have to say this new resume is miles better than your old one, and we’re sure we can get you something very quickly with this one.” I’m currently in the negotiation stage for two contracts, and I thought this was great that finally I’ll be able to start working again and get some experience and springboard somewhere else, and then it only got better. I applied to an investment company this morning, two hours later I got called for an interview for this Tuesday. The position sounds awesome and is exactly what I want, and it’s all thanks to my new resume. I applied to this company with my old resume once before and was told right away they had no positions available for me but with this new one I at least have a chance to work for them. All in all three weeks of looking, with one week of interviewing, compared to six months of looking with only one week of interviewing. I think the tradeoff was worth it. I certainly recommend trying out the service, and I will definitely use the other services to update my resume sometime in the future. Less

I uploaded my new CV to a few jobsites last Tuesday. The same day a recruiter phoned me, but I wasn’t interested in the post but they said they’d bear me in mind for more suitable stuff. On Wednesday evening I had another call from a different recruiter, this time I was interested and he said he’d pass my CV to the company themselves. On Thursday he called, asking if I could see them on Monday. So, I went in on Monday and now they want me back in on Friday. Obviously I don’t know if I’m going to get the job, but now it’s down to me – not the piece of paper. Less
